I provide therapy in London for anxiety disorders, low mood, stress and emotional wellbeing, offering a grounded, reflective approach for people who want to feel calmer, clearer and more in control.

In our work together, we take time to understand the patterns beneath these experiences and develop ways of responding that support a calmer nervous system, steadier emotions, clearer thinking, and a more values-aligned way of moving through daily life.
At this stage, it can also be helpful to understand the practical details of accessing therapy. Sessions are available on a self-funded basis, and I also work with a number of private health insurers.

CFT nurtures a sense of inner calm and safety. It helps soften self-criticism, regulate threat-based emotions and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Your treatment is shaped around your goals, needs and preferred pace. Some people prefer short-term, focused work; others benefit from medium-or longer-term therapy. We decide this together.
What to Expect
1. Consultation
A free 15-minute introductory conversation via Microsoft Teams or phone to understand what you’re looking for and whether working together would be a good fit.
2. Assessment
Typically two sessions to explore your current difficulties, how they developed, and what maintains them. Together, we create a shared psychological formulation and agree on a treatment plan.
3. Therapy
Weekly 50-minute sessions, online or in person. Many people notice meaningful shifts within the first few months. We regularly review progress and adapt the work as needed.
